Data controller

Daniel Filosto (FILO Digital), Avda. Ricardo Soriano, 12/P 5 A, 29601 Marbella (Málaga), España. Contact: createyourbusinness@gmail.com.

What data I collect

This site does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools. During your visit the browser may remember, in the tab’s temporary storage (sessionStorage), just two technical choices: that you skipped the intro or turned the music on; they are not personal data, are never sent to anyone and disappear when you close the tab. Personal data is only processed if you choose to contact me: your name, company, email address and the content of the message you write in the form.

How the contact form works

The form doesn’t store anything on a server: when you click “Send request” it prepares an email in your mail app, and you are the one who sends it. The data therefore reaches me through your own email service.

Purpose and legal basis

I use this data solely to reply to your request and, if it leads to a project, to prepare a quote for you (Art. 6.1.b GDPR: pre-contractual measures at your request).

Retention

I keep messages for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you become a client, for legal obligations. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Third-party services

The site’s typefaces are hosted directly on this site: no resource (fonts, scripts, maps, videos) is loaded from third-party servers. The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which may record technical browsing data, such as your IP address, in its server logs for security and proper operation, under its own privacy policy. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp only if you choose to use it, under that service’s own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability by writing to createyourbusinness@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es), the competent supervisory authority, or with the authority of the country where you live (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
